1. Promotional Campaign Management
- Strategize and implement price promotion activities based on pricing strategy and guideline across multichannel.
- Regularly monitoring and tracking revenue and market share performance to ensure proactive and corrective actions are taken.
- Evaluate and analyze promotion activities against KPIs with recommendation to frontlines on key success factors and improvement plans for future action.
- Ensure that local feedback is taken into account by regularly visiting markets and customers with the frontline team. Reflect market change with a quick response and provide a defensive plan if needed.
- Effectively control and manage promotion budget spending within the provided budget.
2. Trade Analyst
- Lead on delivery of full analysis and insight incorporating sales performance together with customer KPIs in each trade activities and campaigns.
- Lead on development of corporate and category promotion evaluation, connecting with cross functional teams both internal & external.
- Working closely with the finance team to prepare the annual budget, monthly forecast by category trade pillar and conducting weekly sales performance update/tracking to identify trade activity gaps for further actions.
- Lead on pricing strategy by key categories by formats, benchmarking key competitors in the market as well as retailing index data to strengthen customers pricing perception and drive traffic to stores.
- Lead on development, planning and execution of price tracking tools to deliver weekly/monthly/quarterly pricing reports.
