Trade marketing execution (70%)
- Implementing the trade activity to the sales team and customer.
- Ensuring aligned trade mechanics with the investment and sales system.
- Monitoring the progress and performance of all trade activities.
- Seringe as the primary contact point with partners (brands, sales team) for planning, execution, and performance evaluation of Trade Marketing initiatives.
Collaboration (30%)
- Executing strategic trade activities aligned NJM & brands focus volume/value/distribution KPIs.
- Evaluating the performance of Trade Marketing programs on a monthly/quarterly basis.
- Ensure cost management for effective spending, encompassing key KPIs such as volume and display.
- Influencing the sales team with strategic plans that had been aligned with the core team.
