- To manage, develop and support a team of telesales/telemarketing staff and implement day-to-day operations.
- Understand designated products, services, procedures, and guidelines to communicate properly to all team members.
- Responsible for ensuring that the team meets sales target and other daily KPIs.
- Responsible for producing and analyzing Tele-Sales and team performance reports.
- Conduct ongoing training and coaching to meet quality requirements.
- Follow targets and supervise call center agents to meet the daily KPIs.
