1. Employer Branding
- Be responsible for handling the execution of Employer Branding/EVP activities (e.g., Battle of Mind, Global Graduate Programme, Mid-Career Networking, Job Fair, etc.)
- Carry out creative production of corporate branding materials (videos, photos, presentations, etc).
- Partnership with external parties (university clubs, partners, etc) to execute Employer Branding activities.
- Manage logistics and coordinate for internal event/activities and communications.
2. Learning and Development
- Support in organization of training curriculum and other learning programs (logistics, attendance checking, training recaps)
3. Administration
- Liaise with various vendors (training, agencies, employer branding, etc.), following up on invoices post trainings/events and payments to the vendors.
