Responsibilities

• Guide and coach the team and the organization to adopt Scrum 
• Facilitate all Scrum events and other meeting on business needs properly
• Ensure and facilitate cross-team coordination
• Resolve conflicts by focusing on Scrum values
• Guide and coach the team to become self-organized, resolve conflicts within/between the teams and motivate teams to succeed

• Salary up to 30M

• Extensive knowledge of Scrum

• Ability to facilitate online and offline event effectively
• Strong interpersonal skill including mentoring, coaching and, collaborating and team building
• Analytical skills to be able to solve problems and remove impediments
• Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution, and time management skills
