- Set and achieve sales targets by implementing innovative sales tactics and strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance against targets, adjusting plans as necessary to meet or exceed expectations.
- Product Knowledge and Training:
+ Stay informed about product features, benefits, and market trends.
+ Provide training and support to distributors to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
