- Manage current and potential customer database, analyze customer’s needs and behaviors to improve customers experience.
- Responsible for product portfolio management of the categories, evaluating the effectiveness of product display to optimize store layout.
- Responsible for sales and gross profit according to set KPI and inventory turnover management.
- Develop sales strategies to manage retail prices, run campaigns, other sales & marketing programs and optimize investments suppliers.
- Build good relationships with suppliers and interact well with partners.
- Work closely with planning team, QA & compliance team, merchandising team to deliver business’s objectives.
- Annual bonus: 2 - 3 months under minimum KPI requirement

- University graduate with degree in Marketing, Business related field. GPA greater than 7.5 is a plus
- At least 2 - 3 years’ experience in Marketing. Having a baby is an advantage
- Good with numbers, strong communication, enthusiastic, honest, hardworking
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure.
