- Reserve and arrange all services according to client itinerary such as hotel, cruise, air-ticket, vehicle, guide, restaurant, sightseeing tickets, special activities...
- Communicate with suppliers (local vendors/ oversea partners) to check information on new requests including room availability, suggested room types, and any relevant information about hotel/cruise accommodation.
- Follow up on payment deadlines in coordination with the accounting department to eliminate any issues which can affect the service.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (Consultant, Accounting teams), and local suppliers to make sure all services have been done according to the client’s itinerary with accuracy and high quality.
- Work closely with tour guides in managing services during tours of clients.
- Evaluate the quality of suppliers and recommend alternative ones where appropriate.
- Liaise and negotiate prices with related key suppliers and partners.
- Handle unforeseen problems and complaints.
- Oversee tours and provide on-call support during the journey.
- Stay informed on the latest industry trends and share ideas to improve products where appropriate.
- Stand by for overtime work at any last minute or urgent request.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by the managers.

- Minimum 1 year experience in Travel industry
