- Organize, manage, and be responsible for business results and all activities of the supermarket.
- Manage sales and profits, ensure effective operations to meet set sales targets.
- Plan and implement business development plans at supermarkets to strongly promote sales, revenue, and market expansion.
- Build and allocate work targets for each individual and team in charge at the supermarket to achieve assigned goals.

- Manage supermarkets, inventory; Develop plans to prevent goods loss.
- Manage supermarket activities to enhance brand, assets and create a professional, friendly and civilized working environment.
- Maintain and plan to develop customer frequency and purchasing power.
- Disseminate and implement the company's business strategy. Acting as a bridge to connect the company, customers and suppliers.
- Market research and development.
- Ensure display, hygiene, and safety standards are strictly and fully implemented according to company standards.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.
