Job Summary:
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital marketing landscape. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute digital paid media channel strategies and recommendations. To succeed in this role, you must have a hands-on approach and drive activities associated with planning and buying for cross-channel campaigns, including paid search, paid social, and programmatic advertising.
You will work closely with our marketing team to ensure that our digital advertising efforts are not only engaging but also highly effective in achieving our predefined KPIs. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, data analysis, and a proven track record of improving campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities/Descriptions:
- Plan, Execute, and Optimize Digital Marketing Campaigns:
- Strategically manage and optimize advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Initiate, refresh, or retire ads based on performance analysis.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine campaign effectiveness and enhance ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and identify trends for continuous improvement.
2. SEO & SEM:
- Master SEO and SEM techniques.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research, audience analysis, and competitor analysis.
- Expand and refine SEM keyword strategies to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
3. Data-driven Marketing Strategies:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data-driven marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide data-driven insights on audience preferences and content performance to the creative team.
4. Marketplace Management:
- Manage and optimize online marketplaces like Lazada, Amazon, Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for corporate strategy and channel growth.
- Oversee daily e-commerce operations including listing, inventory, orders, payments, and returns.
5. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze data trends to derive actionable insights and influence campaign strategies.
- Regularly communicate insights and suggestions for platform and campaign improvements.
- Utilize key performance metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, AOV, Payback Period) to optimize marketing strategies and budget allocations.
6. Continuous Learning and Collaboration:
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Actively share best practice learning across markets.
- Collaborate with design teams to create engaging content for platforms.
