• Update Production Result & Sales process                                           
• Propose optimal production plans for new product introductions, packaging material changes
• Adjust weekly Production plan based on actual Sales-inventory situation                                              
• Check and update manpower in production                                                        
• Check all finished products warehouses and weekly Production plan                                                       
• Feed back to Delivery request plan from each branches                                                                                
• Make 2-3 monthly production plan based on end month actual inventory                                             
• Make and update PSI Plan (3-months); (twice a month)                                                                
• Make IPT Plan (3-months); (twice a month)                                                         
• Check and give solution idea about Raw and Wrapping materials using when factory has new or renew products                                                                                                               
• Report by Company’s format to Direct MNG
• Implement the other Jobs based on assignment of Factory Manager S&D Executive                     
• Follow all procedures, forms which were issued in company system

- Tổng lương cố định (Gross): 8.5-9 triệu VND (LCB + Phụ cấp)

- Lương thử việc: 85% LCB +100% Phụ cấp

- Thưởng KPI + Lương tháng 13 + Công đoàn

- Được hưởng các chế độ phúc lợi khác khi ký hợp đồng lao động sau thời gian thử việc 02 tháng

- Tham gia bảo hiểm xã hội, BHBV, BHYT theo luật

- Được mua bảo hiểm sức khỏe BHBV 24/24 do công ty thanh toán

- Nghỉ phép theo luật lao động (Thứ 7 + CN nghỉ và Thứ 7 được tính nguyên lương)

• Education: University     
• Major: Business administration, foreign trade (or similar major) 
• Experience: 1 year at the same position (or similar position)
• Knowledge of food factory manufacturer & warehouse and mathematical logic 
• Good at computer, communication, manageable skills, working with number                                     
• Able to speak English at intermediate level, Japanese is a advantage
