- This position is working fulltime remote on night shift (9PM - 5AM| 10PM - 6AM| 11PM - 7AM)
- Frequent check on social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, Freshdesk, Trustpilot, ...) for any problem customers is suffering
- Respond to customers' requests and identify customers’ problems
- Refer to customer services handbook and collect essential evidences
- Support customers on using products ensuring their issues are solved following the company's guidance.
- Keep updated on newest products and features. Experience the company's products and services for know-how and improve product's performance
- Get to know customers' need and forward related information to marketing team
- Other assigned task so as to improve platform's performance

Yêu cầu công việc
- Working hours: 8 hours per shift. 1 day off a week. Preferably night shift (9pm - 5am, 10pm - 6am, 11pm - 7am)
- From 01 year online customer services experience, preferably experience with Freshdesk/Zendesk or likewise
- Good English reading and writing skills.
- Customer service sense, proactive, responsive and patient
- Good problem-solving, listening and communication skill
- Experiences or knowledge about e-commerce, blockchain, payment cards/game card/gift card is a plus.
