- Work closely with the Medochemie Director and the Global Marketing Manager to create 360 marketing plans for Medochemie Far East and the key product brands to drive growth in the Vietnam market.
- Work with internal HQ and external design teams to develop high quality, innovative marketing assets across different channels.
- Be accountable of successful and timely activation of brand and product campaigns.
- Develop successful Brand activation in pharmacies and Health Professionals, product trainings and gathering market feedback.
- Cooperate with digital marketing specialists on the implementation of digital marketing activities as well as enhancing Brand presence online (website development, content creation, social media).
- Monitor performance of campaigns and activities and suggest optimisations actions.
- Support in the development and execution of corporate marketing to maximise the visibility and image of Medochemie Far East in various events and conferences.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role in marketing and communications either on the client or agency side.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business management or relevant field.
- Excellent understanding of above the line and below the line marketing and advertising.
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, passionate, detail-oriented, highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently to meet deadlines effectively.
- Excellent knowledge of Vietnamese and English Language.
- Curiosity and interest in brand building and engaging with consumers, with special interest in following successful brand activation initiatives.
