• Calculate thread consumption: check the sample and information from PPC to calculate thread consumption, and check and review the ratio of machine time when necessary.
• Check TDC's analysis & feedback Sewing SAH: check the analysis of TDC and bulk sample to make more correct SAH, and check the motion of operation on the system. To collect the video for some special options from other factories in Esquel Group and share to sewing line, to help workers improve the motion to reach the standard SAM.
• Update accurate code, Ratio, and number of stitching... for departments of production (Cutting, EMB, Printing, Sewing & finishing)
• Prepare standard operation sheet (SOP) for Sewing line: Based on the sample and the analysis prepare a standard operation sheet, enumerate enough necessary motions, and attach the picture (fail and pass) to help the worker understand and follow the easy way.
• Prepare the standard layout for the sewing line: knowledge about sewing technicals and flow of operation for all styles, Double check and review the standard layout whether suitable for the line or not, to revise the layout if have any requisition.
• Make Daily Hour Deduction Sewing report: To check and review all requests for hours Deduction from sewing, list the report exactly and send it to HR.

2 year experience in Garment manufacturing.
