He/She is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of all operational IT Services to agreed service, quality and cost level for the realisation of OpCo strategy. And also to ensure availability of ICT infrastructure to support the business to achieve its goal using well guided and approved principle, policies and procedures.

- University graduate, Information Technology
- At least 3 years in IT
- At least 1 year working experience in IT operation excellence
- Knowledge of IT business solution/application such as ERP (SAP), HRM, Data Analysis…
- Strong Knowledge of Microsoft platform such as Power app, Power Automate…
- Experience in the application of IT monitoring or support practices and operating procedures to organize the tactical delivery of operations, to achieve service and technology objectives, and to ensure quality assurance to technical operations.
- Understanding of IT services & SLA
- Experience in the use of tools and techniques for troubleshooting, identifying causative factors and coordinating solutions to technology incidents and problems.
- Thorough knowledge of IT Infrastructure and End-User Computing
- Required soft skills: Project management, problem-solving, good English communication
