- In charge of monthly payroll, personal income tax, staff allowances, and bonuses in accordance with company policies.
- Manage the payroll function in the HRM system and company regulations.
- Manage the employee database.
- Manage the health insurance package.
- Handle expat caring tasks.
- Responsible for all reports to the Department of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs (DOLISA).
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.

- Office Informatics: Good
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or relevant fields.
- At least 3 years experience in C&B roles.
- Strong in labor law, payroll, and expat caring.
