- Creation and maintenance of employee company files
- Onboarding and offboarding of employees
- Negotiation of offers and preparation of employment contracts
- Sourcing and recruitment of candidates for open roles
- Compute net pay and taxation for employees
- Answer general questions from management about best operational practices
- Work closely with operations to follow the performance evaluation process
- Proactively follow industry trends and regularly update management
- Suggest areas of improvement and take the initiative to resolve issues
- Act as a local liaison with Vietnamese third parties

- Salary Range: 30.000.000 – 40.000.000 VND Gross (Open to negotiation)

Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor in Business Administration, Psychology, or an HR-related field
- 5 years experience in a relevant HR function for a Vietnamese company
- Previous experience with an IT company is a strong plus
- Perfect English and Vietnamese are a must
- Must have proven experience in recruitment, payroll, and benefits administration
- Up-to-date with current employment laws and regulations in Vietnam
- Familiarity with typical taxation and payroll issues for Vietnamese employees
- Must have a deep understanding of typical local salaries and benefits packages
- Knowledge of Zoho or Odoo is a plus
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and video conferencing
