- Talent Acquisition
- Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening, shortlisting, and reference checks.
- Actively create a pool of candidates for sourcing through recruiting activities, social networking, community organizations, and media channels.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and keeping candidates informed about their application status.
- Collaborate closely with the TA Lead and TA team at the company, ensuring a seamless and thorough recruitment experience.
- Collaborate with the team to conduct market and competitor research, understand external talent market developments and effective recruitment channels to attract the best and brightest talents.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to organize the recruitment events from ideation to execution such as job fairs, workshops, sharing sessions, career events.
- HR Operation
- Deliver employee benefit programs to employees in HCM office.
- Purchase & keep tract of tea-break and operation materials monthly.
- Arrange business trips for HCM office.
- Record and report accurately HR expenses.
- Facilitate employee onboarding & offboarding process.
- Coordinate with HR Department to plan and organize internal events that create excellent employee experience, such as monthly fun and holiday celebrations.
- Welcome guests and/or candidates and/or vendors coming to the office.
- Assist the application of visas, work permits, and temporary residence cards for foreigners working with and/or for DataHouse Asia in HCMC.
- Collaborate in other HR activities as assigned by HR Manager, fostering collaboration and synergy within the HR team to achieve shared goals and enhance overall effectiveness.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a relative major
- Experience & Skills:
- At least 1 year of experience in the Human Resource field within the IT Industry, demonstrating a thorough understanding of its unique challenges and dynamics.
- Understanding of recruitment processes.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and recruitment tools for streamlined processes and data management.
- Collaboration: Work effectively in teams, share knowledge, and support mutual progress.
- Openness: Foster an open environment where ideas and feedback are valued.
