Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in creating hiring plans and job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
- Support the recruitment process for various positions, especially technical positions, including developers, engineers, and other IT professionals.
- Foster relationships with recruitment vendors.
- Contribute to the development of a talent pool for present and future hiring needs.
- Participate in interviews and coordinate candidate assessments.
Onboarding and Training:
- Conduct employee onboarding and ensure a great experience for new employees and a smooth start to their roles.
- Crafting and sending communication with information about the company, onboarding agenda, equipment handover, and similar items.
- Collaborate in organizing training and development initiatives
Employee Engagement & Relationship:
- Assist in addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances with fairness and consistency.
- Actively promote a positive work culture and employee engagement through HR initiatives.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
- Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
- Collaborate with the HR Manager to provide the necessary reports to the Country Manager.
