JOB DUTIES & REPONSIBILTIES:
Assigned channel: Pharmacy Chain/ B2B EC channel.
Key Jobs of Phar. Chain
1. Sales target achievement :
- Strictly follow up the achievement by brands/ by chains
- Support Team leaders to track the progress of PO delivery.
- Analyze the root cause of low sales and suggest solutions
- Contact PIC to list new products
- Get feedbacks and propose the supportive plans for promoting
- Look for new partners
2. Deploy campaigns- Promo., display, LCD, recommendation...:
- Choose right stores for implementation
- Work with PIC for carrying out the campaigns
- Work with GT sales team for preview and deploying
- Make sure of monthly checking and payment quarterly
- Evaluate the effectiveness of each campaigns at stores.
3. New product listing:
- Contact with PIC to list new product
- Get feedback & propose suitable supporting plan
4. Team management:
- Check monthly routing of Team leaders to ensure they have effective routing
- Work with Team leaders on how to utilize the report from MD to improve product stock at each chains

1. Be responsible for sales target of B2B EC :
- Strictly follow up the achievement of each partners
- Work with each partner to understand the current situation and suggest solution scheme to support sales-out in time.
- Support suitable products for listing
