- Sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing stationery, assets, etc. Instruction and recording office documents and contracts to storage.
- Filing and recording assets.
- Management of company assets, equipment, and inventory. Managing office supplies and inventory, ensuring the availability of necessary items for smooth operations.
- Coordinate and organize company events, meetings, and conferences (budgets, activities, and logistics), as well as golf competitions.
- Supporting travel arrangements and accommodation for employees.
- Coordinating and overseeing facility maintenance, repairs, and renovations to ensure a safe and functional work environment.
- Providing administrative support.
- Other tasks assigned by the Department General Manager.
