- Directly handle selling transactions with international customers, and with other Banking partners.
- Follow and implement the weekly Business Plan of the Sales & Marketing Department.
- Cooperate with related departments to build Customer Database, and control and follow up business transactions.
- Expand customer base; establish and maintain existing customer relationships.
- Prepare Commercial Contract; design shipping plan and follow up.
- Handle export-related issues.
- Negotiate with suppliers about terms of pricing, delivery date, and product quality.
- Deal with customers’ requests/claims on product-related issues.
- Complete other business-related tasks under instruction from the Board of Directors.

- Experience: at least 2 years of experience in B2B exporting sales.
- Comprehensive understanding of import-export processes, relevant policies, and regulations.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese, proficiency in Russian, French, German, etc., is an advantage. - -Excellent negotiation skills.
Bachelor's Degree/College Diploma (Preference for International trading Business, import-export majors).
