- Be responsible for drivers’ quality and performance
- Execute projects to improve drivers’ performance and well-being at work
- In collaboration with Operation teams to understand root causes for drivers' poor performance and solutions
- Conduct frequent check-ups with drivers for feedbacks
- Continuously improve processes and apps/features to support drivers
- Identify training needs for drivers (e.g. new apps, frequent errors, new processes, etc.)
Ensure compliance of SOPs - Reconcile, check evidence and finalize performance, i.e. KPI on-time, penalties to support C&B
- Prepare reports/analyses of driver feedback and performance.

- Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
- Experienced in the industry: min 1 year (developing and building the quality assessment regulations, QA/QC the Rider/Driver’s quality management.)

- English Comprehension skill: Intermediate
- Experienced in SOP Design/Optimization is a big plus.
