STEP IT Academy Vietnam is seeking a passionate and experienced part-time trainer to join our team and lead engaging online training programs in Cyber Security. The working schedule upon approval.

• Deliver interactive and informative online Cyber Security training sessions for learners.
• Revise provided international curriculum and adapt it to the needs of Vietnamese learners
• Clearly communicate training needs, goals, and resources to learners in Vietnamese.
• Evaluate learner comprehension through tests or assessments (if required).
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for all participants.

• Strong command of both written and spoken English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in Vietnamese.
• Proven experience delivering engaging and effective training sessions, preferably in an online setting.
• Solid understanding of Cyber Security principles and best practices. A certificate from CISCO is preferred.
• Ability to assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
