- Ensure that the solution corresponds to the specifications as well as to the customer's operational flows.
- Resolve any operational shortcomings of the solution.
- Responsible for setting up the PMS software suite. Install, configure, and test all peripheral interfaces to third-party vendor systems. (Will be trained.)
- Transmit the necessary elements to the good implementation follow-up.
- Work with the team leader(s) and other consultants to ensure that the level of service requirements is maintained and exceeded.
- Adhere to and follow the procedures put in place with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain and enhance the image of the company by acting in a professional manner.

- Good spoken and written English. Being fluent in French is a big plus.
