- Order Processing
- Handle label inquiry/orders from receiving to shipment.
- Daily input all orders received, check and release to production.
- Fulfill all information on order tracking template and key into system.
- Manage documents by processing and filling all related documents to assure customer profile well maintained.
- Follow up all activities in team by conduct and support other members when necessary to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Join in training/meeting to get full understanding about handling orders/queries
2. Delivery management
- Ensure on time delivery to meet customers' expectation.
- Inform to customer on delivery quantity, any possibility of good shortage (or excessive quantity)
- Negotiate with customer if necessary for any possible delay in delivery
- Daily update shipment and record invoice of each PO/DS to estimate the turnover achieved
3. Customer service and management
- Response any inquiries from customer in a timely manner (24 hours).
- Deal with and manage all claim and return requests from customers
- Build customer service culture and ensure high customer satisfaction on Fuji Seal VN.
- Measure and collect customer satisfaction
- Report order and delivery status regularly to Customer Service Leader.
