Job Description:
- To be responsible for assisting the Commercial team on the project follow-up, preparing data
& all consolidation tasks related to commercial management. - Support CM to keep track of all processes and flow of work in the commercial department and related departments, follow up and quickly update status until the tasks are done.
- Work with suppliers to receive and update information as soon as possible about: target, status of product, price change, monthly promotion
- Manage and key quotations, monthly promotion on the system.
- Contract & contact follow up:
- Trading term status & information
- Processing to sign the contract
- Vendor list and contact list update
- Others assist commercial team to get feedback and answer to question from customers
- Supporting the supply department with other administrative tasks, if requested
