Job Description
- Research and identify potential franchisees for the franchise pharmacy model
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential franchisees to present the franchise opportunity and answer any questions
- Follow up with potential franchisees to continue the discussion and provide additional information as requested
- Prepare and present franchise agreement proposals to potential franchisees
- Secure franchise agreements from potential franchisees
- Collaborate with other departments (such as Legal, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure a smooth franchise onboarding process
- Maintain accurate records of franchise sales activities and progress
- Attend trade shows and other events to network and generate leads for franchise sales
- Create specific customer programs to drive customer choice
- Monitor sales progress real-time and identify appropriate selling strategy/process and deliver options in order to increase reach
- Review 3rd party partner plan and develop new partnerships to strengthen overall market coverage and channel development, or replace non-performing ones
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with Manager and team members to achieve better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Manage 3rd Party Agency performance to hit new sales target
- Hire and train new Business Development staff
