- Focuses on members’ acquisition, conversions, and retentions
- Responsible for all promotional activities, operations as well as maintenance of campaigns/ websites.
- Plan and monitor campaigns’ spending against budget allocated, keeping an accurate record and to ensure that targets are met.
- Manage and to oversee all contests, giveaways and etc in campaigns/project assigned.
- Produce, write and proofread campaigns/ websites content.
- Coordinate with other advertising/ media experts to improve the campaigns/website performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay abreast of the industry trends.
- Analyze members’ data and reporting to improve effectiveness of marketing approaches.
- To assist to oversee all aspects of the digital marketing department including the marketing database, incoming emails, and display advertising campaigns.

- At least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/ Business or equivalent.
- Requires at least 2 years of working experience in related field.
- Required language(s): English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
- Possesses commercial awareness and sensitive to numbers.
- Good organisation and planning skills.
