1. Build and develop the program (30%)
- Support the school administration in the construction and development of K-12 academic programs;
- Propose and implement specific plans for the development of K-12 academic programs.
2. Improve and upgrade the online learning program (20%)
- Research online teaching and learning experiences in order to provide plans for improving products and supply processes;
- Listen to feedback from students and teachers regarding the current online teaching and learning interfaces being implemented and make appropriate proposals and improvements based on their suggestions.
3. Manage the quality of teaching and learning across the entire system (30%)
- Build, improve an assessment framework and conduct regular quality management of teaching and learning through groups: product development, teachers, students, and parents;
- Propose and implement training plans to enhance the quality of teaching and learning for both students and teachers;
- Coordinate with teacher management departments, classroom operations, and customer care to ensure comprehensive education quality;
- Teacher screening Vietnam teachers: Review demo recordings or conduct direct interviews with teachers;
- Provide subject-specific training for teachers upon signing the contract with IGS;
- Be responsible for the quality of Vietnam teachers input, Attend classes and conduct regular monitoring to ensure teaching quality.
4. Support School Operations (10%)
- Support the leadership team in building school operation strategies, business operations, and developing the workforce and corporate culture;
- Collaborate with the school operations team to handle any incidents or issues related to students and teachers involved in the training programs.
5. Report and others task (10%)
- Participate in regular meetings, training sessions, and prepare periodic reports as required;;
- Coordinate with various departments during company-wide events as needed;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by BOD.
