Human Resources Management
- Manage and supervise the quality of teachers and the quality of classes, ensuring training objectives;
- Plan, coordinate, and arrange the teaching schedule of Teachers;
- Implement professional activities related to improving the quality of teaching of teachers (planning and participating in training, researching and linking events, programs to enhance expertise to share with teachers, organizing experience sharing sessions among teachers, etc.);
- Establish regulations to monitor and handle teacher compliance; receive and handle complaints about the quality of teaching and the conduct of teachers;
- Research, build measurement tools to evaluate the quality of Teachers and Classes;
- Evaluate, report and propose improvements to improve the process of improving the quality of Teachers;
- Implement activities to connect teachers as well as build a teacher community (organizing workshops, training, etc.).
Academic Operation Management
- Build a learning resource system including text books and tools, documents for teaching
- Continuously update information, knowledge in developed teaching curricula
- Actively propose curriculum development improvements
Strategic product development
- Research, analyze, and build new teaching products/programs suitable for the market and the company's development direction
- Advise BOD on vision and product strategy, review market trends, customer needs, and educational goals.
Teaching
- Directly participate in teaching programs in the field or assigned
Other tasks
- Perform other tasks as requested by BOD
- Weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting to BOD
