KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support recruitment and training of new teachers
• Train the teachers
• Observe and evaluate teachers at branches of the system
• Participate in evaluating, drafting textbooks and program frameworks, and developing extracurricular activities with the team
• Work with the team to compile, proofread and edit tests and other supplementary teaching materials.
• Substitute teaching when necessary
• Class placement test, level transfer test
• Other tasks from the managers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must have Bachelor’s degree, Major: English or English Pedagogy
• TESOL Certificate is preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in teaching English to students from 4 – 16 years old.
• Experience in teaching IELTS for teens and adult is an advantage
• At least 2 years of experience as an Academic Specialist or equivalent position
• Can do multi-task, problem-solving skill
• Proactively seeking feedback to continuously improve academic services
• Have a can-do mindset and a willingness
